Get started with Skybits: create a document with the built-in agent, review rich-text suggestions and share your work.
Create and share your first document
Sign in to Skybits and open your library. You can start with the built-in agent; connecting an outside agent is optional.
- Open Agent chat. From the library, open Agent chat and choose Enable agent if prompted.
- Ask for a document. Describe the output and information you want included. For example: “Create a rich-text document with an agenda for our project kickoff.” Open the resulting document from your library.
- Review the result. Read the document, ask for a revision and review the suggested rich-text changes. Accept or reject the suggestions that need your decision.
- Share with a collaborator. Open the document’s sharing controls, choose the access appropriate for your collaborator and share the document. Check that the intended person can open it with the access you chose.
These review steps apply to rich-text documents. Canvas edits are live source changes with history; spreadsheet edits update live cells and structure with review markers. They do not use the same accept/reject workflow.
If you cannot find the agent or your collaborator cannot open the document, check your sign-in and sharing access, then contact the Skybits team. Avoid including confidential document content in a support request.
